What Teleorder is

Teleorder is a platform that lets you discover vendors in Uyo, place and pay for orders in Telegram, and track them. Vendors prepare and deliver your food themselves; Teleorder is not the seller or the courier of the food.

Ordering and prices

• Prices, delivery fees and opening times come from each vendor’s live menu and are shown before you pay.
• Your order total is fixed when you confirm. The amount you pay always equals that total.
• Your order is sent to the vendor only after your payment is verified.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

• Payments are processed by Paystack. Teleorder never sees your card details.
• If a vendor rejects your order, doesn’t respond in time, or can’t fulfil it, the order is cancelled and you’re refunded in full automatically.
• You can cancel an order before paying. After payment, ask for help via Talk to a human; cancellation depends on whether the vendor has started preparing it.
• If something is missing, wrong or very late, report it from your order. We review every report and decide on a refund or other remedy. Refunds return to your original payment method and may take a few business days to show.

Food and delivery

Vendors are responsible for the preparation, safety and delivery of their food, including allergen information. Delivery times shown are estimates. Please be reachable on the phone number you give so delivery goes smoothly.

Acceptable use

• Don’t place fake or abusive orders, dispute payments in bad faith, or harass vendors or our team.
• New accounts have an order value limit, which rises once you’ve completed an order.
• We may block accounts that abuse the service.
